LICENSE AGREEMENT CYPRESOFT TRANS Suite 2000 ALIGN

Grant of License

The download of the TRANS Suite 2000 Align allows you to use the software without charge.

 

You are given the non-exclusive right to use the software. 

 

The user is not permitted to reproduce the software in any way or to put the software at the disposal of third parties or to give the software to such parties.

 

Copyright

The software is protected by the copyright that is deposited at bvba Cypresoft, Industrielaan 31, 8900 YPRES.  Failure to respect this copyright will lead to a financial penalty of ten times the sales price of the 'TRANS Suite 2000 Editor' for each infringement.

 

Duration

The license agreement is of unlimited duration and can be terminated by the user irrevocably removing the software.

 

The license agreement legally expires if the software is used in any way that is contrary to the conditions of this agreement.

 

Responsibility

The software is delivered in their original condition and with the functions typical for the product.  Cypresoft can never be held responsible for results deemed unsatisfactory by the customer, nor for any damage, loss of data or corruption of data through use or abuse of the programs.  Cypresoft can never be obliged to make any payment that is more than the sales price of the product.

 

Generally

This agreement and the ensuing claims are subject to Belgian legislation and must be dealt with by the Court of Ypres.

Declaration

 The user declares explicitly that all conditions of this license agreement have been read and understood.  He commits himself to honoring this agreement and acknowledges that this text is the only correct account of the agreements between both parties.
